We invite teachers to the online seminar “Well-being: How to Feel Good, Not Just Function” which will take place on May 27 at 3:00–5:00 PM online, 3 academic hours.

A certificate will be issued after the seminar.

Seminar target audience.
The target audience for the professional competence development program is teachers at vocational secondary education institutions and regional art schools, staff members, and other interested individuals who wish to pay attention to their emotional and psychological well-being, learn practical methods for building daily balance, and strengthen their ability to take care of themselves in a fast-paced work rhythm.

Target.
To promote understanding of well-being and its significance in professional and personal life. During the seminar, participants will have the opportunity to reflect on their own needs, learn ways to recognize overload and burnout risks, as well as explore practical approaches to strengthening emotional balance and internal resources.

Seminar program content.
During the seminar, participants will address questions about well-being, emotional balance, and self-care in daily life. They will discuss what it actually means to feel good—not just to function, but also to experience fulfillment and inner balance.

During the session, participants will have the opportunity to identify their daily habits, reflect on signs of stress and overload, as well as share experiences and ask themselves meaningful questions:
Do we manage to find time for ourselves?
Do we know how to ask for help?
What do we need to feel good?

The lecturers will introduce practical methods and approaches for strengthening well-being in daily life, encourage discussion, and help participants better understand themselves.
